Admission Requirements
Basic Education
Elementary, High School and Senior High School
- Original copy of form 138
- Clear photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Long Folder
- Two copies of 2×2 recent copies and identical picture
College
Freshmen
- Original Copy of Form 138 (High School Card) or its equivalent
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the high school principal or Guidance Counselor
- Seven identical copies of 1 ½ by 1 ½ colored photograph recently taken.
Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credentials
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Transcript of Records (if already available)
- Clearance to Apply for Enrolment (issued by the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs after interview).
Cross Enrollees
- A permit to cross-enroll issued by the school where he/she is enrolled
- A certificate of good moral character duly signed by the Academic Dean/ Guidance Counselor/Registrar/Dean of the Student Affairs.
- Seven identical copies of 1 ½ x 1 ½ colored photograph recently taken.
Foreign Students
Any student of foreign citizenship who wishes to be admitted to MSTI must secure a letter of acceptance from the Office of the Registrar after presenting his/her study permit issued by the Department of Education (Dep. Ed.) and/or the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).If the student is a resident alien, he/she must, likewise, present a copy of his/her Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) duly verified by the Dep. Ed. and/or CHED.Upon enrolment, a freshman foreign student must meet all the necessary requirements provided for freshmen. A transferee foreign student, shall, likewise, have to meet the prerequisites for enrolment requirement for transferees.
